- Community pharmacies have become an important hub for vaccination for Canadians since the COVID-19 pandemic. However, even before this time, vaccine hesitancy has been a barrier to individuals receiving the vaccines recommended for them. Pharmacists have a public health responsibility to help prevent diseases through immunization. This course was created to help pharmacists build confidence in identifying and addressing vaccine hesitancy.
