Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) affects approximately 8-13% of women of reproductive age and is associated with a range of symptoms, including irregular menstrual cycles, infertility, and metabolic disturbances. Early identification and intervention are key to improving long-term health outcomes, including fertility, metabolic function, and mental well-being. This program will provide participants with clinical insights from the 2023 international evidence-based guidelines for PCOS with a focus on diagnostic criteria and management strategies for adult patients, including lifestyle modifications and pharmacological treatments.
