- This series of modules will include three components: a brief narrated online course (0.5 CEU each), a downloadable quick reference tool, and a downloadable documentation form. • Online course: This content will flow similarly to previous Minor Ailments Program modules, and will include brief background on the condition, how to assess the patient presenting with symptoms, how to identify red flags for referral to a physician, management options (pharmacological and non-pharmacological), counselling and follow-up. Each module will be framed around a case study. • Downloadable quick reference tool: This tool provides the key information in a checklist format to allow the pharmacist to ensure that they have covered all the necessary points in the assessment/referral process. • Downloadable documentation form: This form can be downloaded or will be prepared as a fillable PDF. It allows the pharmacist to document the intervention and plan, and file or share accordingly.
