- The Licensee Development is a shortened version of the Licensee Fundamentals modified for experienced or current licensees. This program was adapted to prompt a more reflective application of a licensee's existing knowledge, allowing them to demonstrate an understanding of their responsibilities, particularly as it relates to exemplifying professionalism and leadership in the pharmacy. Existing licensees will be guided to reflect on how they operate their pharmacy and lead their pharmacy team, creating opportunity for them to compare their current performance to expectations of the Alberta College of Pharmacy, prompting goal setting and practice improvement.
