- The purpose of this course is to encourage pharmacists and other healthcare providers to provide education on proper injection technique and to follow-up with patients regularly to ensure that they are maintaining the correct technique. Injection technique errors are common but they can be corrected if there is ongoing communication between the patient and the healthcare provider.
